I recently had Chad clean my bedroom carpets and my living room area rug. He made the area rug look brand new. Highly recommend him. Just had Chad back again from 2 years ago and he cleaned my area rug, bedroom carpet and 4 dining room fabric chairs. He is so professional and extremely particular about his work. Our soft carpet manufacturer requires we have our carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain the warranty. Our dealer recommended we hire an IICRC-certified cleaner for best results. For our first couple years, to save money, we hired a company that was not certified but claimed to use IICRC techniques. Since our carpet was new and since its color is camouflaging, we had no complaints. However within a few weeks of cleaning I would notice the texture and feel was back to what it was before the cleaning. This year, I searched the IICRC web site and found Polished Cleaners, one of only a very few certified contractors in the state. I scheduled an appointment on their website and they called me back with an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, Chad arrived exactly on time, was exceptionally courteous and did a thorough job. While no carpet cleaner can eliminate the wear from heavy foot traffic, Polished got it as close to new as it's been in some time. After a few weeks, texture and feel are still outstanding, even in high-traffic areas. Polished is a little pricier that other cleaners, but worth the extra $$. Polished is our new go-to for all floor cleaning.

After living a few years in my home, thinking about finding a professional, who could clean my ceramic tile, I finally sprung into action and found someone. Through a referral, I contacted Chad at Polisher Cleaners. From our first conversation over the phone, I knew I had made the right decision and my belief was confirmed after I saw the finished product. My eight year old ceramic tile floor looks brand new. Not only is the process used to clean the tile, thorough, Chad is terrific. He is very friendly, courteous and customer service oriented. He is, also, punctual and stays until the job is done. He arrived at my home at about 12:30 p.m. (on time) and worked continuously until about 6:30 p.m. The following day he called me to make sure everything was okay. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we engaged Polished Cleaners to clean our carpeting in four rooms. Our key reason was to find a good service provider that used hot water extraction as the cleaning method. Our prior service provider had switched from hot water extraction to a detergent-based cleaning method and rotation bristle brushes. We found that after vacuuming the carpet of the cleaning residue, the carpet fibers were stiff and hard.
Polished Cleaners uses hot water extraction which is more labor intensive but leaver the carpeting far cleaner and fresher smelling. Chad did the best cleaning job we have ever had. He used specialty cleaning equipment to apply the cleaning solution and extract it from the carpet. Once the water was extracted, he placed drying fans on the carpet which were so effective that by evening the carpet was totally dry to the touch.
Overall, the quality of the work was outstanding. Chad was punctual and the cost was extremely fair.
We were getting ready to have our travertine floor cleaned and sealed. We generally have this work every 2 years. We asked Chad if he did this work, and he does. Chad came back out two weeks after cleaning our carpeting to clean the travertine flooring. His equipment is top notch. Chad took a lot time to prepare the work by masking off adjoining flooring and putting plastic sheeting to protect the flooring that was not going to be cleaned, e.g., wood flooring and carpeted areas.
We were amazed how clean the travertine is. The grout lines between floor tiles are bright and new looking again. The travertine itself looks as close to new looking as we have seen. After drying the floor with floor fans, Chad applied sealant and then buffed the floors with a floor buffer. The work is outstanding and Chad’s price was very competitive.
I cannot begin to say how pleased we are. Chad is the best carpet and floor cleaning service we have ever had. He is the best.
